The team
Your coaches.
Every BCHP coach is a university-qualified Exercise Scientist or Exercise Physiologist – and that degree shapes every class and program we run.
Seven coaches, one standard. Meet the team you'll train with.

The Degree Difference
Most fitness certifications take six weeks to earn. Our team spent three to four years at university studying movement, physiology and how the body adapts, and that difference shows up in every class you take.
University-qualified, every one
Each coach on this page holds a degree in Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology. The person checking your technique understands why the program works, not just how to count reps.
A program, not a workout
One structured program the whole studio trains on, written by our Head of Programming and re-tested every block, so your training builds on last month instead of restarting each week.
Safe with injuries and niggles
Sore back, returning after a break or managing a long-term condition? With Exercise Physiologists on the floor, sessions are adapted around your history as a matter of course.
In their words
“Ben, Sam, Emmanuel and Hannah are amazing. The group sessions are always fun, motivating and supportive.”
Questions, answered
- Are your coaches actually qualified?
- Every one of them. Each coach holds a university degree in Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology, so the person on the floor with you understands why the program works, not just how to count reps.
- I'm not fit enough to start. Is that a problem?
- Not at all. Your Sign-Up Consult includes baseline testing at your level, and every movement can be scaled from there. Most of our members walked in feeling exactly the way you might be feeling now, and they stayed.
- I have an old injury or a sore back. Can I still train?
- In almost every case, yes. With Exercise Physiologists on the team, we understand injuries rather than simply training around them. Your consult sets the baseline, and classes are adapted to your history from your first session.
- Who runs the classes?
- The same team you meet on this page. Every class is led by a degree-qualified coach who knows your name, your history and your goals, and classes are capped at 16 so nobody gets lost in the crowd.
- Who takes my Sign-Up Consult?
- You sit down with one of our university-qualified coaches, not a membership sales team. The coach who walks through your movement and history is the same coach you will see on the floor.
Your first session starts with a consult.
Every member starts with the consult. Want more from your first month? The Foundation Program adds four weeks of unlimited classes, weekly sauna and nutrition coaching, all built around it.
