BCHP (Body Coaching High Performance Pty Ltd, "we", "us") operates a boutique strength and conditioning studio at 1/229 Tower Street, Panania NSW 2213. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to our website, our bookings, and our in-studio services.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you contact us, book a consult, sign up to a membership or class, or buy a session. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, emergency contact, and payment details, plus any health information you choose to share with your coach so we can train you safely.
When you visit the website we also collect basic technical information (browser, device, pages viewed) through Google Analytics 4 for reporting and improvement.
Who processes it
We use a small number of third-party providers to run the studio and this website:
- GymMaster – bookings, memberships and member records.
- GoHighLevel – contact forms, calendars and messaging.
- Ezypay – payment processing.
- Google Analytics 4 – website analytics.
- Mux – hosting for coach intro videos on this site.
Each provider only receives the information needed to do its job, and each handles that information under its own privacy terms.
How we use it
To deliver the service you asked for, to keep in touch about your training and account, to answer enquiries, to run the studio safely, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. If you have opted in, we may also email you about upcoming events, programs or offers. You can opt out at any time.
We do not sell your data
We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email accounts@bchp.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some records (bookings, invoices, health-related notes) may need to be retained where the law requires it.
Complaints
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, contact us first at the email above. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
