Recover, detoxify, and unwind in our private infrared sauna at BCHP.
Base members get one 45-minute session each week, included as part of the membership. PT members and Wellness members get more access - two 45-minute sessions per week with the Wellness option.
If you only want sauna access without the training, our Sauna Only membership gives you two private 45-minute sessions per week.

The BCHP Ice Bath is currently available through our community Breathe and Chill events, run monthly.
These guided sessions cover breathwork, contrast therapy, and a coached ice bath plunge. Cold therapy has well-documented effects on inflammation, muscle soreness, and circulation - the breathwork side helps you actually enjoy the cold rather than fight it.
A permanent ice bath setup at BCHP is in the works. Until then, the monthly events are the way to try it.

The Recovery Experience
At BCHP we treat recovery as part of the work, not an extra. The infrared sauna and ice bath each do different jobs, and used together they're one of the most effective ways to support training, manage soreness, and stay consistent over the long term.
Weekly sauna sessions help with circulation, muscle tension, and the kind of recovery that's easy to skip when life gets busy. Cold therapy through the Breathe and Chill events stacks on top of that, hitting inflammation and the nervous system in a way heat can't.
Train hard, recover properly. That's the whole equation.
