11 - 16 yr old BCHP Program
Adolescent Development Program (ADP)
The BCHP Adolescent Development Program is built for teenagers who want to train properly. Strength, skill, and capacity, coached by qualified trainers who actually know how teenage bodies adapt to load.
Whether you're a school athlete chasing performance, a beginner wanting to learn the lifts before you walk into a commercial gym, or somewhere in between, ADP gives you a structured environment to train without guessing.
Mid Term Program runs:
Tuesday: 4:00pm to 4:45pm
Wednesday: 4:00pm to 4:45pm
Thursday: 4:00pm to 4:45pm
Sessions are programmed for safety, technique, and progressive overload, which is the difference between a teenager building real strength versus picking up bad habits that take years to fix.
You also train alongside other teenagers doing the same work. That part takes care of itself.

For Mum and Dad:
While your teen trains, the same 45 minutes is a good window for you to fit in your own session.
Most ADP timeslots overlap with our weekday afternoon group classes (5pm and 6pm), so you can drop your teen at ADP and train at BCHP without a second trip. Or skip the workout, book the infrared sauna, and pick them up recovered.
Your coaches are also your point of contact for anything ADP-related: progress, technique concerns, programme questions. Catch us before or after a session and we'll talk you through it.
