Group Training & Personal Training in Panania | BCHP
BCHP Group Training runs Monday to Saturday. Sixty minutes per class, coached the whole way through, with strength, power, and conditioning programmed across the week so every session builds on the last.
We run three class styles: Main Event for conditioning, Lift for strength, and Elevate for a combination of both. Whichever you book, you turn up, you get coached, you leave with something to show for it.
Sessions are bookable through the app up to seven days in advance. Classes accommodate all levels, with coaches who modify movements for injuries, beginners, or anything you bring through the door.
If you want to see what it's like before committing, our $9 trial gives you three classes plus a private infrared sauna session.
Personal Training is where the real progress happens. You pick a coach, you train 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3, and you get a program built around what you actually want, whether that's getting stronger, dropping weight, returning from injury, or finally getting under a barbell without your back complaining.
Our coaches all hold an Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology degree, so the programming is real and the technique gets watched closely. Sessions run Monday to Saturday across all daytime and evening hours.
Every PT membership includes unlimited infrared sauna access and open gym seven days a week. No add-ons, no extras to buy.

This is a break down our weekly strength and conditioning program. You can choose what your focus is each week to get the most out of your training.
Love it! The classes are planned well and classes aren't busy so the trainers get to speak to you. Everyone is so lovely and I really enjoyed the trainers.
The equipment was clean and did not have any issues parking.
