Share the dignity is a women-founded charity with a goal to end period poverty & menstrual insecurity. We are collecting feminine hygiene products & monetary donations for the cause, while we give back to the women in our community.

 

This is a women-only open event, starting with a group workout into a light morning tea paired with an educative seminar with our expert panel of speakers.
