What we do
Our Falls Prevention Class is carefully designed with emphasis on exercises that strengthen the core and improve balance. In this weekly class, we focus on building the key muscle groups necessary for stability, reducing the risk of falls and improving overall strength & mobility. Our experienced Exercise Physiology coaches lead these sessions and they ensure chosen exercises are both safe and effective, catering to various skill levels. The class offers a unique blend of physical training and social interaction.
We accept private Health funds to cover a partial or total cost of the class.
