Group training
Group training with purpose.
Six days a week, 60-minute sessions. Strength, power and conditioning are programmed across the week so every class builds from the last. You book through the app, turn up and get coached.
The three class formats
Strength and conditioning combined
Elevate
Monday and Friday
The best of both in one hour. You lift first while you're fresh - coached, loaded properly, technique watched - then you earn your finish with a conditioning piece that ties the session together. If you only trained twice a week, these are the two sessions we'd pick for you.
Long format strength
Lift
Tuesday and Thursday
A full hour under the bar, programmed in blocks that build week on week. You learn the movement, add load when you've earned it, and watch the numbers move - because we test at the start of every block and again at the end. Strength you can measure, not just feel.
Long format conditioning
Main Event
Wednesday and Saturday
Different every session. Some days it's short, all-out efforts with real rest between them; other days it's longer, steadier work with none. Your coach sets the pace to your level, the room drags you through the hard middle, and the hour disappears. Never boring, never the same twice.
How classes feel
Classes are capped at 16, always. Your coach watches every lift, modifies movements around whatever your body brings through the door, and knows your name by the end of week one. You're never lost in a crowd and never left guessing - coached like it's personal training, carried by the energy of the room.
Programming
The whole studio trains on one program, written by our Head of Programming and built in 8 to 12 week blocks. Each block is designed to build: movements are progressed and loading climbs as the weeks go on, so whether you're learning a lift for the first time or chasing a new best, you're stronger at the end than you were at the start.
And every new block shifts the focus, working your muscles differently so progress never stalls.
Conditioning is the opposite of routine: different every single day. We test at the start of every block and again at the end, so progress is measured, not guessed - you will see your numbers move.
One program, your version of it. Within each session, your coach tailors the loads, the movements and the pace to what you're chasing - strength, fitness, muscle or engine - so two people in the same class can be training for completely different goals, and both getting there.
