
What is the BCHP 28-Day Shred Challenge?
28 days of training with all of our programs designed specifically by our exercise physiology team. The program specialises building strong bodies and toning up in the upcoming weeks towards Summer.
There are no commitments throughout the challenge just 28 days to give it your all. You will get your training and check, your nutrition, and your recovery.
What have you got to lose?
Great fun and welcoming environment. The trainers really take their time to ensure proper form and understanding of each exercise, even in a group setting. Always highly motivating when getting through those tough workouts.

The BCHP Panania Timetable
Monday to Saturday we host hour long classes that are a mix of strength and conditioning programming. These classes are programed throughout the week to give every muscle a great workout without the debilitating soreness. We have crafted this program especially for the Shred Challenge and you can find out more by registering below!
Monday - Friday
AM Times - 5:00, 6:00, 7:00, 9:15
PM Times - 5:00, 6:00
Plus 12:00pm classes on Wednesday and Friday
Saturday - 7:00am Team Sweat
