WHY Project YOU?
BCHP has been in Panania since 2021 and we have been fortunate enough to coach 100's of members through 1000's of classes since opening. Our members join BCHP to feel strong and get fitter with our programs. They stay with us for the connections they make, the healthier choices that come outside of the gym and the results they never thought were possible.
Starting on the 20th of January, Project you is an initiative designed to get YOU motivated and kickstart your year with the best foot forward. Healthy routine, achievable goal setting and coaches that will hold your hand along the way. We get to know you, set goals with you and keep you accountable when it comes to your training, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset for the 6 week project and beyond.

What is included?
Project YOU will open your access to everything that BCHP has to offer and more.
Unlimited Group Training classes and open gym times will be available every day for 6 weeks.
Inbody 570 Scans will take place at the start and finish of the 6 week project.
Diet plans are given to everyone with the option to customise your recipe book per request.
The Recovery Suite is accessible every day for Infrared Saunas, Ice Baths and Compression Boots.
Ongoing check-ins and support with your specialist team throughout the 6 weeks.
10 Corporate sponsors each donating a $250 prize for each winner - $2,500 total prize pool!
